To access the upper unit of the home take the north / west entry, (right side if facing the garage), towards the beach. The stairs will bring you to a small balcony w/ a front door and a slider

Light weight beach towels are provided for each guest. Bring our own heavier longer beach towels if you prefer.
Downstairs bbq
Lower unit toys. We start each season with a surfboard, two boogie boards w/ leashes, chairs and various water toys. Please return the boogie boards and surfboards at the end of your stay. Guests are responsible for damage or theft
Lower unit walk way. As you arrive take the East or left side entry. The front door with the lock code is located at the very front near the beach and deck. There are two glass door sliders along the side of the house.
Boulders in front of the house. The tide exposes and covers up the rock depending on the tide and storm. If the rocks are exposed they are a great playground for kids and are nice to set up beach towels and umbrellas at the base

Overview

Have this entire ocean front property to yourself and 16 close friends. (Duplex). A perfect place for large families to gather. You can accommodate up to 16 guests during your stay at this beautiful 1970's home. There are two baths and 3 bedrooms downstairs and 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. (You must walk outside and upstairs to access the upper unit). Youwill have access to the private beach and both fire pits, all surfboards, and boogie boards

We had the perfect weekend in the perfect home that fit our family. Christopher was awesome to help when you needed him. I would love to make this place a yearly tradition.

The host was great and the house is the perfect beach location. The house is old and in need of renovation but I would recommend it based on location the host family and Dana point is amazing We had all 15 family members with 6 being my grandchild ranging from 10-1 years of age and we felt safe to let them enjoy the place and beach. Thank you
