****Read carefully....This space allows access to all 2200 sq ft space on the 1st floor. (You will have the whole house to yourself). 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms — perfect for a family or small group of 6. There are two bedrooms. King bed and full bed. (The large living room couch can comfortably fit two children or 2 young adults). We have a Hard Maximum of 6 total guests/visitors allowed on the property at any time. The optimal set-up is for 4 adults and two children. Outdoor Fun & Relaxation Unwind by the 30' x 15' inground fiberglass pool (installed in 1987), which, while not heated, offers a refreshing escape during pool season (June - September). The pool is cleaned weekly but may need a light skim before use due to the beautiful tree-lined surroundings. Enjoy a variety of lawn games on the expansive front lawn, including cornhole and croquet, or kick back on the large wrap-around porch. Spacious and Airy Living You will have access to the main floor, its' two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, laundry, and all the outdoor facilities.
